Honest Advice.
Clear Communication.

Real estate has been my passion since 2001. What began with purchasing and renovating investment properties evolved into a full-time career helping buyers, sellers, and investors make confident real estate decisions.

Over the years I’ve worked with first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, investors, commercial clients, and homeowners facing difficult situations such as foreclosure or divorce.

I believe every client deserves honest advice, clear communication, and an advocate who genuinely puts their interests first.

My Commitment

Real estate isn’t about sales. It’s about relationships. I believe every client deserves honest advice, prompt communication, and an advocate who treats every transaction as if it were their own. Whether you’re buying your first home or negotiating a complex commercial lease, my commitment is the same: provide knowledgeable guidance, protect your interests, and make the process as smooth as possible.

Outside Real Estate

While real estate keeps me busy, it’s only one part of who I am.

I’m a professional DJ and an avid musician, and I’ve spent decades producing, recording, and remixing electronic music in my home studio. As the owner of Drew Ludlow Productions, I’ve entertained at thousands of weddings, private parties, and corporate events throughout the Triangle since 1996. Along the way, I’ve also enjoyed opportunities in voice-over work, soundtrack production, and a handful of television and film appearances.

I also have an entrepreneurial streak. In the early 2000s, I invented The Droodle®, a waterproof notepad designed for capturing ideas in the shower or other wet environments. The product was carried in Bed Bath & Beyond stores nationwide and was featured on NBC’s Today Show. While smartphones eventually made the concept obsolete, the experience taught me invaluable lessons about product development, manufacturing, marketing, and perseverance.

Giving back to the community is equally important to me. I currently serve as President of Citizens Assisting Police in Apex (CAPA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Apex Police Department through volunteerism, outreach, and community partnerships.

When I’m not helping clients, making music, or volunteering, you’ll usually find me at home in Apex with my wife, our two sons, and our black Labrador.
