Hi, I’m Drew. I’ve lived in North Carolina’s Triangle area for over 30+ years. And I understand the Wake County real estate market better than almost anyone.
I went to high school in Raleigh, I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill, and I live in Apex.
My North Carolina roots run deep.
About Drew Ludlow
I began my professional career in real estate by buying, rehabbing, renting, and selling investment properties. I admit I made a lot of mistakes along the way, but also made a lot of good and profitable decisions.
My interest in real estate quickly grew, and before long, I had graduated from the School of Hard Knocks. I immediately started my career as a Wake County Realtor® with one of the national real estate franchises you see advertised all over town.
However, I quickly became inhibited by the lack of freedom those ‘bull-pens’ offered. So, I amicably parted ways, hung my own shingle, and never looked back!
Today, I’m the Broker-In-Charge at Ludlow Real Estate Group, a local Triangle real estate firm specializing in residential sales, first-time homebuyers, repeat homebuyers, short sales, and foreclosures in Wake County. I am a licensed broker and member of the National Association of Realtors and the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
I’m a multi-million dollar producer in residential and investment real estate sales, and I’m considered to be a top producer among Realtors nationwide.
Although I work in real estate full-time, my life is not all roofs, walls, and basements.
Outside Real Estate
I’m a professional DJ and amateur musician/composer. My true passion is working in my home studio, composing, recording, and remixing various styles of electronic music.
As a DJ since 1996, I’ve performed at thousands of private parties in the Triangle area and beyond. Moreover, I have professional voiceover, MC services, soundtrack work, and minor film and TV appearances to my credit.
I still love to perform. I continue to own and operate Cornerstone Productions, a local mobile DJ and event production company serving the Triangle area.
Additionally, my creative side led me to develop The Droodle, a waterproof notepad designed to capture ideas in the shower or any wet environment. The Droodle’s recent success led to an in-store promotion roll-out at Bed Bath & Beyond, as well as a feature segment on NBC’s Today Show.
I currently live in Apex with my wife and two boys.
